In this duration Hussain in 2004 arranged the premier show for his movie meenakshi in galaxy, mansarovar area of Jaipur. Renowned painter Manjit Bawa also visited Jaipur Art Fair in 1999. In addition, Syed Haider Raza, Jatin Das, Subrata Gangopadhyay, PN Choyl, Shuva Prasanna, Akaash Choyl, Momita Shaw, Nikhil Bhandari, Shanti Dave, Charan Sharma, Jyoti Bhatt, Sunil Das and from Hungary, England, Korea, Australia, Japan, France and Germany more than two dozen artists have lighted the city of jaipur with their art and talent. In this duration the Jaipur art and culture was so much liked by Laxman Gaur and Himmat Shah that the city became their workplace.

Jawahar kala kendra has created its own audience bank through the various theatre and plays. In this direction Friday theatre can be considered as the most important achievement since last fifteen years, but along with this late night theatres in Jawahar kala kendra has stopped it relations with the dance programs and NSD theatre festival due to which the theatre color was a little faded.
Ravindra Manch was at the same pace. This place was not able to recollect the various audiences for its programs but inspite of that the artists associated with them did not loose their confidence and continued working with the concept of show must go on and keep working towards it.
From the year 2000 to 2003 a band unit called Three M dot took the initiative to convert the theatre into a commercial business, Ravindra Manch that was unable to gather the audience for its show, this organization gave the famous shows that made the theatre a super houseful status. Jaipur theatre award was the most important achievement for this whole episode but due to the internal conflicts between these theatre companies soon this emerging star also sets down.
